30% of Americans eat out for breakfast. This type of a breakfast is full of saturated fat and high calories, which slow our bodies down and can cause long term health effects, such as memory loss. One fast food chain breakfast meal that was shared was 853 calories, 64 grams of fat and only 5 grams of protein. This type of a breakfast will leave you tired and hungry, usually within an hour.
Nutrition Plus offers a variety of protein shakes that range from 170-220 calories, 20-35 grams of protein and only 9 grams of sugar. When you come to their facility to get a shake you are also offered a shot of Aloe that helps with the digestive system and green tea that helps with energy and mental clarity. These can all be to go or you can stay and enjoy free Wi-Fi, if you would like to work while you have your shake or tea. You need to turn your metabolism on in the morning. You should try to eat within one hour of waking up. This will stabilize your energy and blood sugar and use your fat for energy instead of storing it. Feeding your body healthy nutrition will decrease chronic illness, help with lowering your blood pressure as well as many other health benefits. Come in to Nutrition Plus for your first shake on them and learn more about what they have to offer.
