The Child Abuse Assessment Team (CAAT) at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical center meets families in times of crisis and helps set them on the road to healing. CAAT’s specialized professionals provide medical assessments, coordinate prevention efforts between government and nonprofit organizations and lead community education and outreach programs. These services are largely unfunded, therefore we are asking our community to help provide the children of southwest Washington a brighter future. We want to continue to care for all forms of abuse and educate those on the front lines to recognize and treat child abuse. Your support helps the children begin the healing process
